HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43360 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not issuing e-passbooks in respect of land admeasuring Acs.27.30 gts in Sy.No.88 of Balapur Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue appearing for respondents.

It is the case of the petitioners that they have been granted pattadar pass books in respect of the subject property and their names have been mutated in revenue records. But the only grievance of the writ petitioners is that even though they made an application dated 10.09.2018 for grant of e-pass books in their favour in respect of subject property, the same is not considered and disposed of by the respondents. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the competent authority is directed to consider the application of the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
