THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 17065 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader of Home.

With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The grievance of the petitioner is that her representation dated 08.05.2016, made to respondent No.3, seeking action against the police who are interfering with the civil dispute and using filthy language demanding to handover house property at the behest of one Madda John Ronald and his wife and Dr.Sri Karri Bhaskara Rao, is not acted upon.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that the said representation, if made, shall be directed to be considered at the earliest.

Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the relief sought for, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider representation dated 08.05.2016 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within six weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. _____________________ JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR 02.06.2016 vhb
