Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file a fresh revision as certain material papers have not been filed along with the present revision petition. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh civil revision petition, if the law, so permits.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
