This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.2 and A.4, to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.34 of 2004 on the file of the Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 read with 468 of IPC and 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. 2 .

Heard Sri V.R.Machavaram, learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.2 and A.4, Sri K.Surender, learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases representing the respondent and perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.2 and A.4 would contend that One Time Settlement is made between the parties to the litigation. The due amount is paid to the creditors pursuant to the One Time Settlement and ultimately prayed to allow the application. 4 .

The learned Special Public Prosecutor representing the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that earlier applications for similar relief are filed before this Court and were carried to Apex court and that this is a fourth round of litigation between the parties. 5 .

No change of circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court to consider the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners/ A.2 and A.4. The petitioners/ A.2 and A.4 contended that due amount is paid to the creditors, pursuant to the One Time

Settlement made between the parties. The petitioners/ A.2 and A.4 are at liberty to agitate the same before the trial Court. 6 .
