HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE MS.JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION No.43372 OF 2018 ORDER: (Per V. Ramasubramanian, J) Assailing the steps taken for recovery of the disputed tax, the Dealer under the Telangana Value Added Tax Act, 2005, has come up with the above writ petition.

2. Heard Mr. M.V.J.K. Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. T. Vinod Kumar, learned Special Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has already filed a Tax Revision Case before this Court and the same has been admitted. The petitioner has already paid 50% of the disputed tax as well as the penalty. Therefore, the petitioner deserves stay.

4. Hence, the Writ Petition is allowed and a stay is granted pending disposal of the Tax Revision Case.
