This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.809 of 2018 from the file of the Family Court, Visakhapatnam, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Vijayawada.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 04.12.2018 and 20.12.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
