Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Corporation and Urban Development and learned Standing Counsel for Municipality.

Since this Court is not going into merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the unofficial respondent. 3.
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.2 in not taking any action against the illegal constructions made in the land in Part 2 of Survey No.42-1 to an extent of 85 sq. yards situated at Parigi Road with in the Hindupur Municipality, Ananthapur District, pursuant to the representation dated 12.11.2018, submitted by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. 4.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though a representation was made on 12.11.2018 to the 2nd respondent, bringing to his notice about the unauthorized constructions made by the unofficial respondent, till date no action has been taken.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to deal with the representation dated 12.11.2018, made by the petitioner, seeking to demolish the unauthorized constructions in the subject property, made by the unofficial respondent, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the unofficial respondent, as early as possible. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
