It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein petitioner caused a notice on 25.09.2018 to the unofficial third respondent and communicated a copy of the same to the respondents 1 to 2 also. 2.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents Sri Kaveti Srikanth for respondents 1 and 2 that if the petitioner herein approaches the respondents 1 and 2 with fresh representation, the same will be considered and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to submit appropriate representation for redressal of his grievance within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and with a further direction to the respondents to look into the same and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks thereafter, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
