Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration; and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent‐ Corporation.

The case of the petitioner is that the owner of the property i.e., N.Nagendra Kumar purchased the Plot No.185 by way of sale deed dated 16.04.2015 and plot No.186 by way of Sale Deed dated 09.02.1999/a B.V.S.P.Somayajulu. It is further submitted that ULC proceedings are issued by ULC Application No.F1.455/541/06, CC No.F1/7301/76, dated 05.09.2008 issued by the then Special Officer & Competent Authority ULC, Hyderabad and LRS Application is made to the competent authority and after verification of title, LRS proceedings were issued by proceedings dated 30.03.2009 and similarly ULC proceedings were issued. Thereafter, the petitioner entered into Development Agreement dated 10.02.2016 and applied for plan for construction of G+4 in the schedule property. The respondents received the amounts and on verification approved the plan for construction of G+4 floors in the schedule property by approved plan dated 25.04.2016. In spite of all the proceedings, the subordinates of the respondents are interfering with the construction work made in the property in question.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent‐Corporation submits that the respondents will follow due process of law.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to strictly adhere to the procedure prescribed under law if at all any interference is warranted with the property in question. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
