This Court, by order dated 18.01.2017 in W.P.No.43657 of 2016, directed consideration of the representations, dated 02.02.2016 and 12.08.2016, and to pass orders on the claim of the petitioner.

By order dated 27.02.2017, a copy of which is placed before this Court by learned Standing Counsel, the request of the petitioner was considered and appropriate orders are passed. Learned Standing Counsel also produced acknowledgment of the petitioner, which was served on him on 09.12.2017. 3.
