It is stated by the learned counsel on both sides that the petitioner has been reinstated by the respondent and arrears and full salary from the date of his suspension till the date of his joining on 07-09-2017 have been paid by the respondents. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
