THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.43379 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dt.27.11.2015 in W.P.No.38405 of 2015 of this Court. A copy of the same is filed along writ material papers.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is allowed, in terms thereof, by setting aside the notice No.C/850/2018 dt.22.11.2018, issued by the 3rd respondent herein.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Office to enclose a copy of the order dated 27.11.2015 in W.P.No.38405 of 2015 to this order.
