This Contempt Case is filed alleging non implementation/ violation of the Orders passed in W.P.No.17318 of 2012 dt. 01.11.2016, wherein this Court after hearing the counsel for the parties, closed the Writ Petition in view of pendency of Civil Suit and in view of the decree obtained by the petitioner in O.S.No.310 of 2006 dt. 31.12.2012.

In view of closure of the Writ Petition, the subsequent event of issuing Notice of eviction dt. 10.02.2017 cannot be called as Contempt.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
