The closure of F.I.R.No.42 of 2008, as mistake of fact on 22.10.2018, is under challenge in the present Writ Petition. Since the petitioner herein has an effective alternative remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to avail the remedies open, strictly in accordance with law. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
