ORAL ORDER:

This Court by order dated 25.4.2017 in WPMP No. 14692 of 2017 in WP No. 11801 of 2017 directed the respondents to consider providing employment to second petitioner as conductor. Learned standing counsel for respondents produced proceedings No.L1/785(23)/2017-SR dated 4.11.2017 whereunder order is passed rejecting the request of the petitioner for provision of employment on compassionate grounds. The order dated 4.11.2017 is in compliance with the directions of this Court. Respondents are discharged and contempt case is accordingly closed. It is open to the petitioners to workout remedies as available to them under law, if so advised against the order of rejection dated 4.11.2017. No costs.
