Heard. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. 2.

The petitioner alleges that the 3rd respondent, who is his neighbour, constructed a building in the residential locality and converted the same into a commercial one and put it to use for performing functions like marriages etc., which is illegal. The petitioner submitted a representation, dated 26.12.2014, followed by reminder, dated 03.08.2016 and legal notice, dated 15.11.2016, in this regard. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 1 and 2 are not taking any steps on the said representation. Hence, this writ petition.

Since serious grievance is canvassed by the petitioner, the respondent - Municipal Corporation is directed to examine the representation dated 26.12.2014 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, as warranted by law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
