This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.26 of 2016 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC. 2.

Learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State, on instructions, submits that the both parties have compromised the case before the Lok-Adalat and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 3.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
