THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.43420 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue, in the present Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.14941 of 2016, dated 28.04.2016. A copy of the said order is placed on record.

Having regard to the same, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent-Station House Officer, I Town Police Station, Vizianagaram Town, Vizianagaram District to consider the representation of the petitioner-company and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
