This petition is filed challenging the impugned proceedings dated 04.05.2017, wherein the 3rd respondent requested the Station House Officer, Vigilance & APTS TeamI, Malakpet Gunj, to register a case against the petitioner alleging that the petitioner has committed theft of energy which is estimated at Rs.4,48,639/-.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents submits that as on today, there is no demand made by the respondents to pay the alleged amount in impugned proceedings; and that as and when the demand notice is issued to the petitioner, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same.
