THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.43445 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.14941 of 2016 on 28.04.2016. A copy of the said order is placed on record along with material papers. Following the said, there shall be the following similar order:

"The grievance of the petitioner-M/s Indus Towers Limited is that the Station House Officer, Undrajavaram Police Station, West Godavari District is not considering the representation, dated 05.10.2018, and not taking necessary action for providing protection to the tower being erected at Sy.Nos.156/7, 465/1, Plot Nos.3 and 4, Kaldhari village, Undrajavaram Mandal, West Godavari District.

As the petitioner-company's representation is pending consideration, it is not necessary for this Court to adjudicate the matter on merits.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the second respondent-Station House Officer, Undrajavaram Police Station, West Godavari District to consider the representation of the petitionercompany and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
