This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order, dated 16-08-2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.26291 of 2017.

Learned Government Pleader for Education produced the proceedings dated 14-03-2018 issued by the 3rd respondent stating that petitioner is permitted to resume duties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner reported duty on 21-03-2018.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt case.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
