This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 06.01.2017, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.26349 of 2011.

Learned Government Pleader for Irrigation appearing for the respondents submits that the aforesaid order of this Court has been complied with.
