THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.43365 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 29.11.2018, submitted by the Sub Inspector of Police, Parkal Police Station, Warangal District, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

According to the above instructions, pursuant to the endorsement, dated 08.10.2018, the second respondentStation House Officer, Parkal Police Station-second respondent herein deputed staff to the house of the petitioner at the given address for the purpose of enquiry and necessary action but at that time petitioner was not available in the house. It is also stated that, on enquiry with the representative of the petitioner, he came to know that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the sixth respondent with regard to money transaction. It is also stated that the second respondent tried to serve notice, dated 27.11.2018, to the petitioner but he refused to receive the same. As such, left with no option, the notice was pasted on the wall of the petitioner's house.

In view of the above instructions, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to avail the appropriate remedies open in accordance with law, Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
