HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16234 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners - A1 to A3, the order dated 28.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3526 of 2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam is modified as follows:

" In the result, the petition is allowed, directing the 1st petitioner/ A1 to be enlarged on bail subject to the condition that the 1st petitioner-A1 shall furnish personal bond of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with two sureties each and that the 2nd and 3rd petitioners - A2 and A3 shall furnish personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/ - (Rupees One Lakh Only) each with two sureties each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chodavaram.

All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered."

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
