This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 11.8.2017 passed in I.A.No.673 of 2017 in O.S.No.340 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
