ORDER:

Heard Mr. T.C. Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Panduranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is restricted to delay in disposing of M.A.S.No.2 of 2012 by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Nellore.

3. Mr. T.C. Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are prepared to deposit a further sum of Rs.3,65,400/- at the earliest and thereafter, a request for expeditious disposal of M.A.S.No.2 of 2012 by the Senior Civil Judge, Nellore.

4. The statement is placed on record and accepted.

5. The Senior Civil Judge, Nellore, is directed to dispose of the M.A.S.No.2 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the petitioners filing proof of payment of Rs.3,65,400/- (Rupees three lakhs sixty five thousand four hundred only) as noted above.

6. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

Till the disposal of the M.A.S.No. 2 of 2012, the respondent is directed not to take coercive steps against the

petitioners/the tenant in occupation of the premises. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this civil revision petition shall stand closed.
