Shaik Khajamiya, v. The State Of Telangana,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.10466 of 2016 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 30.03.2016 directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners without following the due process of law, the respondents have issued proceedings dated 12.05.2016 stating that the respondents are not carrying out Mission Kakatiya works in the land of the petitioners. In view of issuance of said proceedings dated 12.05.2016, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not disputed the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
This Court, having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, is of the considered view that with the issuance of proceedings dated 12.05.2016, the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed and therefore no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J 23-01-2020 Prv
