The case of the petitioner is that she is in possession and enjoyment of land to an extent of Ac.1-31 guntas in Sy.No.478 situated at Mahadevpur Revenue Village and Mandal of Jayashankar Bhupallapally District having purchased the same vide registered sale deed document No.1339 of 2018, dated 04-04-2018.
In pursuance of the same, the petitioner made application on 10-09-2018 along with Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed, mutation of her name in revenue records and also to pay money under Rythu bandu scheme. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the respondent-authorities, it is for them to consider and dispose of the same.
Accordingly, the respondent-authorities are directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly
within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
