When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal revision Case. He also made an endorsement on the petition to that extent.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petition pending in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
