THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.8770 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.07 of 2016 on the file of IV Metropolitan Magistrate Cyberabad at Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District against the petitioners/A.2 to A.7. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/A.2 to A.7 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

A perusal of the complaint, discloses that there is material which is sufficient to proceed with the investigation and prima-facie, it cannot be said that it is a fit case that the proceedings are liable to be quashed.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned Magistrate to proceed with the trial in C.C.No.07 of 2016 and dispose of the same, without further insisting for the presence of petitioners/A.2 to A.7 on each and every adjournment, unless it feels that their presence is necessary for any specific purpose. However, A.1 shall continue to appear before the Court during the course of trial.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
