HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.43499 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not taking any action on the representation/complaint submitted by the petitioner on 17.11.2018, to take action against the illegal constructions and encroachments made on the public road in Plot No.9, situated at Sy.No.167, Bandlaguda Jagir Khalsa Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted a complaint/representation to the respondents on 17.11.2018, seeking to take action against the illegal constructions and encroachments made on the public road in Plot No.9, situated at Sy.No.167, Bandlaguda Jagir Khalsa Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, no action has been taken so far. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to deal with the representation dated 17.11.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to take action against the illegal constructions and encroachments made on the public road in Plot No.9, situated at Sy.No.

167, Bandlaguda Jagir Khalsa Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of six to eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
