Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel for the respondents. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel for the respondents that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.39906 of 2016 dated 29.01.2020. 3.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms of the aforesaid judgment in W.P.No.39906 of 2016 dated 29.01.2020. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
