The grievance of the petitioner is pending before the respondent-authorities by way of representation dated 15-09-2017 regarding payment of interest on the security deposit made by them in terms of Regulation and Tariff orders and the same is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation.

Since the representation of the petitioner dated 15-09-2017 is pending before the respondentauthorities, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same in terms of Regulation and Tariff orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
