HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. V. BHASKAR REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.3209 of 2018 ORDER:

The Contempt Case has been filed for violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.7691 of 2018 dated 08.03.2018.

Heard Smt. Mounis Abidi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Praveen Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent-corporation and perused the material available on record.

By the aforesaid order dated 08.03.2018, this Court directed respondent Nos.4 to 6 to visit the subject property and take necessary action and submit the progress report along with the counter affidavit or written instructions.

During the pendency of contempt case, respondent No.3 has filed counter affidavit stating that he has personally inspected the subject site and found that there are no illegal constructions in the site and there is

unplastered brick construction with tin shed available at the site. In support of the said contention, respondent No.3 filed photographs.

Respondents have complied the order passed by this Court by inspecting the subject site and also filed photographs. In view of the same, there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondents. Further, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the contempt petitioner.

In the said circumstances, this Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are necessary. No order as to costs.
