THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY C.E.R.C.No.29 OF 2003 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Learned Special Standing Counsel for Central Excise submits that since the Central Board of Excise and Customs has issued circular instructions to withdraw cases whose monetary limit is less than Rs.15,00,000/-, the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the reference case. A letter is also filed to that effect. Permission is accorded and the reference case is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
