O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"....to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not revising the erroneous Award in Proceedings No.D/378/2002, dated 22.11.2006 by passing a Supplementary award till date, as arbitrary and illegal.."
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and perused the material placed on record.
Keeping in view the averments made in the writ affidavit and the submissions of the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with the following direction:
"The petitioner is directed to make a representation to the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Ghatkesar Mandal within one week from today. On such representation being filed, the 4th respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter and communicate the decision that may be taken to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of passing the order."
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
