THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N.BALAYOGI CONTEMPT CASE No.2345 of 2017 ORDER: (per SK,J) Respondents are present in person.

This contempt case was insitituted alleging wilful disobedience to the order dated 08.02.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.44144 of 2016. By the said order, this Court directed the respondents to comply with the order dated 02.03.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.895 of 2016 within six weeks.

We are informed that by order dated 04.07.2018, the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District, complied with the said order. The order also sets out the steps taken from stage to stage.

Accepting the reasons for the delay as set out therein and as the order now stands complied with, the contempt case is closed. In the event the petitioner has any grievance with the proceedings dated 04.07.2018, it is for him to invoke appropriate remedies before the proper forum in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
