HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.43797 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for petitioner c ontends that the licence of the petitioner was terminated vide proceedings dated 22.10.2018 and thereafter allowed the 7th respondent to carry on the business unauthorisedly. He further submits that this Court was pleased to grant interim order on 04.12.2018 directing the petitioner to clear the arrears of lease amount within two weeks. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contends that the petitioner has not complied the interim order passed by this Court on 04.12.2018.

Having considered the rival submissions, the petitioner is given liberty to file representation seeking fresh licence within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such representation being received, if the petitioner is found eligible, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
