Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submits that already 2nd respondent-University is included in the list of law colleges eligible for admission in the year 2017-2018, as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
