Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for Services (Home) appearing for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had filed appeal before the 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.03-12-2016 passed by the 1st respondent and that the 2nd respondent has not decided the said appeal till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner also contends that the Criminal Case filed against him in S.C.No.490 of 2016 was decided on 27-09-2018 in his favour by the V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, and that the same may also be taken into account by the 2nd respondent. 3.

Learned Special Government Pleader for Services (Home) appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will decide the said appeal filed by the petitioner, if not already disposed of, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also consider the judgment dt.27-09-2018 in S.C.No.490 of 2016. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to decide the said appeal filed by the petitioner, if not already disposed of, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also consider the judgment dt.27-09-2018 in S.C.No.490 of 2016. No costs.
