Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation on 16.06.2016 to the 2nd respondent stating that his pay scale was not fixed on par with his batch mates in the category of AR-SI in Mahaboobnagar District, and 2nd respondent has not disposed of the same.

The special Government Pleader for Services(Home) appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dt.16.06.2016 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
