In view of changed circumstances, Mr.J.Venkateswara Reddy, for the present, without prejudice to the petitioner's right seeks liberty to withdraw the Contempt Case and file fresh contempt case, after sending notice to the incumbent officer and if inaction still continues.

The statement is placed on record.

The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for.
