Heard Ms.Marella Radha for petitioners.

The parties to O.S.No.152 of 2018 in the Court of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tenali, Guntur District, are the revision petitioners. The petitioners filed I.A.No.668 of 2018 to advance the hearing of H.M.O.P.No.152 of 2018 from 09.04.2019 to 09.11.2018. Through the order under revision, the learned trial Judge dismissed I.A.No.668 of 2018.

After perusing the material, this Court is of the view that the view taken by the trial Court is justified in the facts and circumstances of the case. The trial Court has rightly dismissed the application filed by the petitioners. This Court is in agreement with the reasons stated by the trial Court. No ground warranting interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is made out.

Revision fails and is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall no order as to costs.
