Sri Venkateswara Rao Gudapati, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Sri N. Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for respondent No.4/ Vizianagarm Municipality.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the question, which falls for consideration in this Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the Order of this Court in Writ Petition No.26402 of 2017. Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of on the same lines to that of Writ Petition No.26402 of 2017, dt. 07.08.2017 directing the respondents not to meddle with the private property of the petitioner situated in Door Nos.8-12-12A, 8-12-12a/ 1, 8-12-12a and 8-12-14 situate at Lower Tankbund Road, RTC Complex Area, Ward No.8, Vizianagaram Municipality, Vizianagaram, except in accordance with law, if the same is required for public purpose. It is also made clear that if the respondents require the subject properties, they shall follow the due process of law. The Registry is directed to append the Order Dt. 07.08.2017 in W.P.No.26402 of 2017 to this Order.

The miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
