This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 07-08-2017 in I.A.No. 456 of 2017 in O.S.No. 459 of 2013 on the file of the Court of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam (for short, 'the Court below').

After arguing the case, Sri G.Rama Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the civil revision petition in order to avail the course as per the observations of the Court below in the order under revision. 3.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. 4.
