Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.

The petitioners' grievance is that registration was obtained by 4th respondent of a partnership by playing fraud on respondent Nos.2 and 3 and that petitioners had issued legal notices dt.23-10-2015 and 03-02-2016 to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take action thereon. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that respondent Nos.2 and 3 will take action pursuant to legal notices dt.23-10-2015 and 03-02-2016 of petitioners against 4th respondent within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take action pursuant to legal notices dt.23-10-2015 and 03-022016 of petitioners against

4th respondent within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
