HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5648 of 2017 ORDER : (Oral) Vide the present petition, petitioners have assailed the order dated 6th September, 2017 passed in I.A.No.1586 of 2017 in O.S.No.215 of 2007 on the file of III Additional District Judge, Guntur.

The petitioners filed the above application under Order 7 Rule 14(3) CPC seeking permission to file certain documents and mark them in evidence on their behalf.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners that the subject matter of this revision petition is similar to that of C.R.P.No.5613 of 2017, which has been dismissed today, by separate order.

Therefore, for the reasons recorded in the orders in C.R.P.No.5613 of 2017, this revision petition is also dismissed. No order as to costs.
