THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35423 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.D.Goud, learned Standing Counsel for Anantapuram Municipal Corporation.

The only grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that the respondent authorities are attempting to demolish the house of the petitioner situated in plot No. 15, Ward No.1, T.S.No.2147/1B, Rangaswamy Nagar, Anantapuram Town, Anantapuram District without recourse to law. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the respondent authorities will follow due process of law, if any action is warranted.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities not to demolish the house of the petitioner situated in plot No. 15, Ward No.1, T.S.No.2147/1B, Rangaswamy Nagar, Anantapuram Town, Anantapuram District, without following due process of law. However, it is open for the respondent authorities to proceed strictly in accordance with law. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
