HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 43497 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

2) The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in not taking any action against the illegal and unauthorized construction being carried on H.No.10380/1/3, in plot No.46 in Survey No.695/1, admeasuring 233.33 square yards situated at Vasanthapuri colony, under Malkajgiri municipality and mandal, Rangareddy District, as arbitrary and illegal.

3) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents - authorities to dispose of the representation dated 17.11.2018, made by the petitioner, bringing to the notice of the official respondents, the illegal construction alleged to have been made by the unofficial respondent in the above said plot, at the earliest.

4) Learned Standing Counsel would submit that the said representation would be considered, in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents - authorities to dispose of the representation dated 07.11.2018, made by the petitioner bringing to the notice of the official respondents the illegal construction being made by the unofficial respondent in H.No.10-380/1/3, in plot No.46 in Survey No.695/1, admeasuring 233.33 square yards situated at Vasanthapuri colony, under Malkajgiri municipality and mandal, Rangareddy District, in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned including unofficial respondents, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
