This contempt case is filed alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court in W.P.No.29786 of 2017, dated 04.09.2017. When the matter is taken up today, learned Government Pleader for Services states that the unofficial respondents in the Writ Petition were reverted to their lower category post and Government issued G.O.Rt.No.47, Health, Medical Family Welfare (E1) Department, dated 29.01.2019, which is placed on record.
